Our full service accounting firm assists clients with personal taxes (both Canadian and U.S.), trusts and estates, corporate taxes and charities. We are licenced by CPA BC to prepare audits, review engagements and compilations.
We are accepting new clients on a case-by-case basis and primarily meeting by Zoom, MS Teams or phone.
Please note, certain times of the year are busier than others and we appreciate your patience in replying to correspondence and requests, as we want to ensure deadlines are met and we are available for everyone.
We respectfully request people to wear MASKS prior to entering our office to keep our staff and clients safe. Our doors are open for the following spring hours:
Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

April 7, Good Friday - closed
April 10, Easter Monday - open for pick-up and drop-off only
Please note that we are continuing to obtain signatures electronically and will provide paper copies at a later date. We ask you to please use the dropbox/mailslot at the office entrance, if possible. While we want to see our clients, we are following social distancing guidelines to keep everyone safe.
Our office maintains privacy guidelines. We work remotely or in the office but can be reached at our regular phone numbers and emails. Please call our receptionist at #250-656-7284 (1) for general inquiries, payment or to discuss delivery options for your tax returns. Kathy or Colleen are happy to assist you.
We ask anyone who is feeling sick or who has travelled internationally in the last 2 weeks to please wear a mask and do not drop-off or pick-up information, until it is safe to do so.
